Hi! I'm James, I am looking for a small property to rent. I'm 25 years old and have rented for 7 years (3 years in Adelaide, 4 years in Brisbane). I moved up to Brisbane in 2021 for work as a layout artist for a VFX Studio.

I work full-time as a Layout artist and earn $1058 weekly, so we feel we are more than able to cover the $300 weekly rent and bond. I have been employed for over a year and consider my employment status as secure.

I am the type of person that is very organised, neat, and care not just for the property but also for the relationship with the owner/landlord/ housemates. As such, I will always pay rent on time.
