I’m Peter, and will be studying at Southern Cross University (SCU), Gold Coast campus at late October. I’m planning to move to the Gold Coast area in early October and am looking for a comfortable and friendly place to stay.

I’ll be moving in by myself initially, and my girlfriend is expected to join me around late November. We’re both in our late 20s, easygoing, respectful, tidy, and non-smokers. We value a clean, peaceful home and always respect shared spaces and other people’s privacy.

We’re currently renting an entire property in Central Queensland and have a very good rental history, including always paying rent on time. We’re also happy to provide rental references if required.

I’m flexible with the rental period — a short-term stay of a few weeks or a longer-term arrangement would both work for me. If everything works well, we’d definitely be happy to stay longer.

Our budget is around $400 per week or under.

When we’re not working or studying, we enjoy cooking, watching movies, and exploring new places. We’re quiet and relaxed at home and would love to find somewhere with a friendly and comfortable atmosphere.
