Hi, I’m Tania, originally from Chile.

I work part-time in childcare and also do cleaning work, so I have a stable and well-organised routine.

I’m looking for a private room in a calm, clean and respectful home with good communication and a mature living environment.

I’m clean, tidy and easy-going, and I really value well-kept shared spaces, privacy and mutual respect. I enjoy chatting and sharing with housemates, but I also respect everyone’s personal space and downtime.

I’m hoping to find a place where I can feel comfortable and at home, with the normal independence of an adult share house while always being respectful of the household and shared spaces.

I have an active social life and enjoy going out with friends. I may occasionally have a visitor or overnight guest, always in a respectful and considerate way. I don’t host parties and prefer a peaceful home environment.

At the moment, my main priorities are work and study, so I’m looking for somewhere stable, comfortable and easy to live in.
