Hi, I’m Tania, a 37-year-old Chilean.
I work part-time in childcare and also do cleaning work, so I have a stable and well-organised routine.
I’m looking for a private room in a calm and respectful home, with good communication and clear house expectations.
I’m a clean, tidy and easy-going person who really values well-kept spaces, privacy and mutual respect. I enjoy sharing and chatting, but I also respect people’s personal space and downtime.
I’m hoping to find a place where I can feel comfortable and at ease — like it’s also my home — with the normal freedom of an adult share house, while always being respectful of shared spaces, house guidelines and the overall harmony of the home.
I have an active social life — I enjoy going out with friends and occasionally having visitors in a considerate and respectful way. I don’t host parties at home, as I prefer a peaceful living environment, but I do enjoy having a social life outside the house. I would also appreciate the flexibility to occasionally have an overnight guest, always with respect for the home and everyone living there.
