My partner and I are looking for a long-term room or house with an ensuite bathroom.
I’m 33 and my partner is 28 — we’re from Thailand.

I hold a student visa, and my partner is currently on a Working Holiday visa (will change to a student visa in March 2026).
We’ve previously rented our own place for 1 year, so we understand how to take good care of a home.

I currently work in a hotel, and my partner works FIFO (Fly In Fly Out).
We don’t have a car, so locations close to public transport or a train station are ideal.

We’re tidy, respectful, and quiet — always clean up after ourselves.
We don’t smoke, drink, or party, and value a peaceful living environment.

💰 Budget: $280–$380 per week (all bills included)
📍 Location: Any area with convenient public transport access
