Hi, I'm Kavya, a 22-year-old student at UWA in July intake. I'm looking for shared accommodation in Perth, preferably close to campus. I'm a friendly, easy-going person who loves to socialise and make new friends. I'm also very accommodating and respectful of others. I'm always willing to help out around the house.

I would work part-time while studying. I occasionally drink alcohol and I am a non-smoker but don't mind if my roommates are smokers.

I'm looking for a clean and tidy shared accommodation with friendly and respectful roommates. I'm also looking for a place that is close to public transportation and amenities.

If you have any questions or have a room available that meets my requirements, please let me know! I'm available to move in mid-July.
