Heya future housemate :) I'm Nidhi, a 23-year-old marine biology nerd who's starting her PhD at UQ in Jan 2026. Having lived in Perth for two years during my Masters degree at UWA, I'm excited for a change of place, pace and faces! Originally from India, I've lived in 4 countries in the past 6 years along my tertiary academic journey, so I do love moving around, but I'm now ready for a place I can call home for the next few years. I'm hoping to live with one or two other girl/s in their 20s who enjoy similar things, like exploring the outdoors (especially anything ocean-related), going on brunch dates, hitting the city on weekend nights and just sharing very good vibes together. I hold my female friendships extremely sacred, so I'm really excited to find someone with whom I can be really good friends, and not just a co-habitant. I will absolutely respect your space and privacy though, since I value my own so highly, and make sure to keep all the common spaces really clean. I've lived with heaps of housemates of various genders and nationalities, so I will be sensitive to anything that you specify. I love animals an incredible amount and I would also really like to adopt/foster a dog/cat at some point in the near future, so I hope you share the same views.
