My name is Denzel, and I'm looking to move as my lease in Abbotsford is coming to an end. I'm 28 and originally from Canberra, and I moved to Melbourne late last year.

Budget: around $260pw or $1100pcm excluding bills.


Location: Carlton and Fitzroy (+North), Brunswick (+East), Collingwood, or Richmond


Timeframe: I am available now and need to find a place by December 15. I would prefer a 12 month lease.

What I’m looking for:
I am looking for genuine people who are around a similar age and would love to make some friends, but also respect solo time. I need to live close to nature/a nice park (can't do the concrete jungle) and am happy to live with up to four other people. I keep my spaces clean and love to live with people who are the same. I would love a backyard and to be close to a park.

About me:
I enjoy staying fit and healthy (running, cricket, tennis, meditation, etc). I have been vegan for five years and am quite environmentally minded. I am also a non-smoker ambivert who enjoys relaxing in a clean, cozy home. For work, I run my own business focused on helping people live happier lives, and I am also studying! I have more than 3 years of share house experience.
