Hey! My name is Denzel, and I'm looking for a new place to call home! I’m open to sublets, short term, or long term stays.

I'm 28, originally from Canberra, and moved to Melbourne in 2024 with over 3 years of share-house experience. I enjoy staying fit and healthy through running, cricket, tennis, bike riding, hiking, and more, and I am a non-smoker and LGBTQIA+ friendly. I have been vego for six years and am environmentally minded. For work, I run my own personal-development business and do tennis coaching on the side. I also love to travel, garden, read, and be in nature, and will start learning piano and how to draw soon 🙂

What I’m looking for:
I am looking for a place with genuine people who are around a similar age and would love to make some friends, but also respect solo time. I need to live close to nature/a nice park (can't do the concrete jungle), and I keep my spaces clean and love to live with people who are the same.

Budget: around $280pw or $1200pcm excluding bills.

Location: Carlton, Fitzroy, or inner east/north suburbs
