I'm a young-at-heart 59-year-old Kiwi who moved to beautiful Perth almost four years ago, and I absolutely love living here!

I'm a single, independent woman employed full-time in the mining industry as a FIFO Utility Worker. I work long shifts while on site and am regularly away for work, so having a peaceful, comfortable home to return to on my R&R is really important to me.

🏡 A Little About Me

I'm friendly, easygoing, down-to-earth and considerate of others. I love a good laugh and enjoy being social, but equally appreciate my own space and quiet time, whether that's listening to music, watching a good movie or simply relaxing.

I'm exceptionally house-proud, naturally clean, tidy and organised. I take enormous pride in my living environment and genuinely treat any property I live in as though it were my own. My previous home in New Zealand was maintained to an immaculate standard, and I'm happy to provide photos demonstrating my personal living standards.

I enjoy the beach, travelling, motorsports, music, movies, health and fitness.

I'm a non-smoker, have no pets or dependants, and enjoy a peaceful, drama-free lifestyle.

🔑 What I'm Looking For

I'm open to a lovely, well-maintained home with a spacious bedroom and my own private bathroom, ideally an ensuite.

I have my own furniture, so unfurnished accommodation is my preference please.

Secure, COVERED PARKING is an absolute must, preferably a lockable garage, as I take great pride in looking after my vehicle.

I'm equally interested in a modern 1–2 bedroom apartment, self-contained granny flat or private accommodation.

A swimming pool, gym or spa would be a wonderful bonus!

I'm financially stable, have excellent references available and am happy to pay more for the right property. My budget is flexible depending on the location, quality and facilities.

If sharing, I'd love to live with someone mature, friendly, respectful and equally house-proud. I value honesty, good communication, personal boundaries and maintaining a happy, comfortable home.

❤️ Ultimately, I'm looking for somewhere I can genuinely call home, not simply somewhere to stay.
