Recently relocated to Perth WA in May 2022 for a change of industry Into the mining sector, I am currently on a 2.2 roster with FMG FORTESCUE and clear after tax 10k a month. My 16yr old Son lives with me.
We currently reside in Morley in a Brand New Build 4x2 and have done so for 2years paying 700pw.
The landlord had advised he has intentions of selling the house we created into our Home, So we are on the Hunt for a new one.
I have over a decade of excellent references from previous rentals and every property I have had I have received all my bond back in FULL.
I have no pets and am very House proud and welcome an inspection of current Rental for Peace of Mind being considered for any new property.
I would love to remain in the Morley area however understanding the housing market atm I am open to other areas as well.
