Hi there, I’m looking for a room to move into next year!

I currently live NOR and would like to stay this side of the river if possible, I work as a barista as well so I will be working and studying in the upcoming year.

I’m a courteous, respectful and clean individual. I have a long rental history interstate and am very familiar in dealing with property managers.

Unfortunately I’m allergic to cats so I won’t be able to move into a place with them :(
