•I can attempt to cook (would be better to order out haha)
•I am reliable when it comes to bills being paid on time.
• I have a license and car so I can assist with driving or picking stuff up I.e., shopping etc…
• I am very quiet and tend to keep to myself so noise wouldn’t be an issue.
• I am fine with animals and pets

Room will need to have Minimum of a bed, and Bills must be included in the rent amount.

If anyone has a granny flat available I can go up to $300 p/w
