Heya!

Em, 28 and originally from Melbourne. I’ve been living in Perth for 2 years. I work full time and also study interior design full time (I love pretty spaces). If I’m not, I’ll be gaming, camping or hanging out with my mates ✨

I’m looking for a chilled place to call home with a down to earth housemate(s) around the same age. Not into partying and home is my sanctuary so it’s important that I live with someone who is clean and self aware. I spend my weeknights at home doing uni, gaming, cooking something yummy and I’m currently binging Yellowstone. Non smoker (don’t mind if you do), however I do vape ☺️

I don’t have any pets and will be ready to move in mid April just before my current lease finishes. I have 8 years of perfect rental history, including living in Melbourne, Perth and Canada.

I’m not interested in renting from a home owner and I want to go on a lease long term. I’m also open to team ups for a rental ☺️ looking NOR however open to suburbs just SOR, no further than south Perth 😋
