Hi all

I'm a 34 year-old art student with a passion for sculpture, working part time. Looking for a room to rent in Perth's Inner suburbs, accepting of a dog and smoking.

I have a very timid Brindle greyhound named Frankie
Who is very excited when it is time to go for a walk and hate's to be left alone.

Ideal location would be close to Mount Lawley and central Tafe so my parents could easily look after Frankie, whilst i'm at work or Tafe.

I'm trying to quit but still smoke 2 or 3 a day.

Please let me know if you have a suitable room available to rent, budget around $300 a week.
