Johnny

Hi all, my name is Johnny, im 22 and im looking for a safe quiet place to stay in the Eight Mile Plains/Mt Gravatt and surrounding areas, ideally within 5 minutes walking distance to public transport.
I'm supported by my jobseeker payments (i get rent assistance and have never missed a payment) as well as online art sales. Im artsy, do graphic design and draw tattoo designs and hope to make a job of either. Im a fairly quiet and reserved person, however I love making friends and meeting my flatmates.
I live currently in a sharehouse in the Eight Mile Plains, very independent in my housework and I share chores weekly as well as keeping tidy, and buying my own groceries. I would love to find a nice place to stay, a periodic lease preferred.
