• Reliable income, ensuring timely payment of rent.

• My roster is 2 on 2 off. Then 2 weeks on 4 weeks off, so you won’t see me all the time.

• I am a good communicator and am happy to have a yarn.

• Respectful of people, property and follow all house rules.

• For the last 6 years I’ve been a full-time employee.

• Used to shared living, at work we share 1 room between 2- 4 people.

• I keep a clean tidy area and have a high level of personal hygiene.
