Hi, I am a male, 35 year old. I am looking for a room in Brisbane or surrounding areas close to. Happy to pay up to $250/$300 a week or $600 a fortnight, I prefer bills included, however I'm all for negotiations. I am a quiet person, who usually keeps to himself. Happy to help with house chores and what not and keeping areas clean. I am a creative type, music, and was a video editor and filmer, in my home town, Darwin.
I have lived in QLD since 2018.
I will respect house rules. I am going back to TAFE next year also. Anywhere around Brisbane is suitable.
