Hi, I’m Will, a 26-year-old electrician currently working full time on the Gold Coast. I’ve been renting for the past 8 years and have a perfect rental history, always paying rent on time and keeping places clean and well looked after.

I’m a very tidy and respectful housemate and enjoy keeping the place clean and comfortable. I cook most of my own meals and am pretty easygoing around the house. I enjoy having the occasional drink with friends but I’m not a big partier and am just as happy having a quiet night in.

Outside of work I’m pretty active — I spend a lot of time surfing, training at the gym, and watching sport. I also enjoy travelling and snowboarding whenever I get the chance. At home I like relaxing, watching sport, and playing a bit of piano.

I’m looking for a place from May and am open to a 6-month stay through to long-term if it’s the right fit. Ideally I’d love to live anywhere from Palm Beach through to Tweed, but I’m flexible for the right place and good housemates.

I’m easy to get along with, respectful of people’s space, and always happy to contribute to a good household environment.
