I'm Paul, I'm a relaxed and friendly 48 year old guy. I am seeking a new place to call home -an unfurnished bedroom with own bathroom or en-suite and a small area to store camping gear.

I am a neat, tidy and a well organised man.I value my space being clean and tidy. Personal responsibility, accountability and being considerate towards others are important values to me.

I'm an outdoorsy and active person and love being out in nature. I find endless joy at the beach. My joys are surfing, skating, swimming, beach walks, waterfall hikes, picnics, camping, road tripping, 4wd adventures and playing guitar

I mostly enjoy my own company but I also appreciate connecting with others and sharing perspectives.

I have secure employment working at the City of Gold Coast. I'm usually out of the house at 5am each morning. I love my job and I'm very grateful to be of service to ṭhis amazing city.
