Hello,

I'm Paul, a happy 48 year old guy seeking an unfurnished bedroom with own bathroom or en-suite and an area to store camping gear. Ideally looking for a place within walking distance to the beach. My current lease ends in April but I if I find a place that aligns with me then I'm happy to move in with at least a couple of weeks notice.

As a roomie, I mostly enjoy my own company but I appreciate interactions and good conversations and a good laugh. I take pride in my personal space and am organised, tidy and clean.

In a shared living space, I put much value on being considerate and mindful of others and being aware of my actions and mitigating the impact on others while also understanding that we each have the right to exist as we wish as long as we're respectful.

I am all for co-creating a happy, healthy and uplifting living dynamic.

I'm an outdoorsy person and love to be out and about. I find endless joy at the beach. I like surfing, skating, walks, chasing waterfalls, picnics, camping, road tripping and 4wd adventures.

I have full time employment working for the City of Gold Coast. I'm usually out of the house by 5am each morning.

I know the right home and right vibe is looking for me just as I am looking for the right home with the right vibe. Inention set.
