Seeking Accommodation - Brisbane/SEQ

Hello Kind Ladies and Gents,

Due to some unforeseen circumstances, I’m urgently seeking accommodation in SEQ, with a strong preference for Brisbane. My goal is to find a stable, long-term place where I can rebuild both personally and professionally.

A little about me: I’m kind, considerate, friendly, and respectful. I’m tidy, clean, and organized, but I also maintain a laid-back, easy-going nature. I love animals, especially cats, and always aim to create a harmonious living space. While I do like things kept in order, I believe this contributes to a peaceful environment for everyone. I value clear communication, mutual respect, and setting boundaries to ensure a positive living situation.

I’m open to homes with children and am great with kids, but I do prefer a calm, peaceful environment regardless of who’s in the house.

Professionally, I have qualifications in the engineering industry and am reestablishing my business. I’m also a certified Personal Trainer specializing in Biomechanics, with a strong focus on health and fitness. I enjoy outdoor activities like hikes, beach trips, and anything adrenaline-pumping. For long-term accommodation, garage access would be ideal, as I enjoy working on cars and bikes in my spare time.

Although I value personal space and downtime, I’m social and appreciate good company when the time is right. I’m considerate of others’ space and expect the same in return.

Budget: I’m flexible, ranging from $200 to $500 per week, depending on the location, amenities, and factors like utilities and parking.
