Hey! My name is Caitlin, I’m 24 years old from England. I have just got a job in a school on the Gold Coast and I am looking for a long term room to rent.

I'm a clean, tidy, and respectful person who values keeping shared spaces neat and comfortable. I'd love to live in a social household where everyone gets along, has a chat after work, enjoys the occasional movie night, or heads out for dinner or drinks every now and then.

That said, I also appreciate that everyone needs their own downtime. I'm someone who enjoys having my own space to recharge, and I completely respect others doing the same. I'm looking for a flat where there's a good balance between being social and giving each other privacy.
