Hi (I'm the blonde guy), I've been renting privately for the last year and a half and the house that I am in is now under offer and I need to move, I currently live in Lauderdale working for TasNetworks full time with a lot of away work (usually away for a week or more at a time), I have no pets, just a work ute, personal car and motorbike, would suit somewhere with some shed space and some off street parking. Easy to get along with, tidy, would prefer somewhere near the beach but we'll see what happens, thank you
