Hey! I’m Grace, 27, and I’m looking for some lovely people to team up with for a place in Sydney 🏡

I’m working full-time in HR/HR systems and am pretty easygoing, clean and respectful at home. I’m social and would love to live with people I can actually get along with — have a chat, share a wine or dinner occasionally — but I also really value having my own space and downtime. Definitely looking for a home rather than just somewhere to sleep! I do have majority of household furniture that I’m happy to share as well (I.e couch, fridge, washing machine etc)

I also come with Bella 🐱, my 11-year-old indoor cat. She’s desexed, well-behaved and very used to apartment living. She’s a sweet little lady and mostly spends her time sleeping, eating and demanding attention when it suits her.

Ideally looking to team up with people who are friendly, tidy and relaxed, and keen to create a comfortable home together. I’m pretty flexible on the exact place/location for the right housemates, so would love to chat if you think we’d be a good fit 😊
