Dear Landlord,
My name is Aillin, and together with my wife, Singara, we are looking for a rental property as our current lease is coming to an end.
We are both Chilean and have been living in Australia for a little over a year. We both enjoy having a clean, tidy, and cozy space, and we always strive to keep it that way. Neither of us smokes, and we don’t have pets, so this would not be an issue.
Both of us have stable jobs. I work as a medical receptionist in the Carlton area, so we are looking for something close to this location.
