I’m a 30-year-old FIFO worker returning to Perth and looking for a private room to rent for the next 12 months (for myself only).

A bit about me:

✨ I value peaceful, comfortable spaces, but I also enjoy good chats, cooking nights or a glass of wine with housemates around my age (late 20s–30s).

✅ Budget: up to $300 per week (including bills preferred).

📍 Ideally around Fremantle , Victoria Park, or South Perth, but I’m open to other nice, safe and convenient areas.
