Hi,
My name is Sohan Kulkarni, and I would like to apply for the property.

I previously lived at 2/19 Cooinda st., Bruce, ACT, 2617 from 20/07/2022 till present and paid 250 AUD weekly. This address is that of a student accommodation named UniLodge- Campus West. Prior to this I lived in India along with my parents from birth in Mumbai.

I am a student full-time and I receive money from my father which is more than enough to cover the amount of weekly rent.

I am quiet and respect others privacy. Also, I do not indulge myself into partying and drinking. If you wish to speak to the student accommodation about any complaints or bad behaviour you are more than welcome to do that. In my free time I like to play badminton, go for a swim or enjoy video games.
