My roommate and I are currently looking for one more flatmate to team up with and rent a nice 3-bedroom apartment together around Homebush, Strathfield, Rhodes, Parramatta, or nearby suburbs with good connectivity to the city/Wynyard.

We’re both girls in our early 20s, working full-time, clean, respectful, and easygoing. We’re looking to create a comfortable, peaceful, and homely space rather than just a place to stay. Ideally looking for someone similar who is tidy, responsible, and friendly.

We’re planning to move by the end of May, so currently inspecting places and finalising options. Budget is flexible depending on the place, but we’re mainly looking for something spacious, well-connected, and good value.
