Hi!

I’m Manuel, an IT Consultant in my 30s, currently balancing work and my studies. I moved to Australia to further my professional career and improve my English, so I’m looking for a friendly and respectful environment to call home.

About me:
I’m clean, organised, and very mindful of shared spaces. My routine is quite focused: during the week, I’m busy with work and my studies, and I usually spend my weekends on assessments. In my free time, I love walking, reading, writing or videogames. While I value my quiet time and I'm not a smoker or a party person, I do enjoy sharing a meal or a chat when we cross paths in the kitchen.

What I’m looking for:

Location: Carlton, Carlton North, North Melbourne, Parkville, or areas close to the University of Melbourne.

Transport: Proximity to bike paths and good public transport is a big plus!

The Home: A private room in a household with 1 or 2 others (or a couple and one more person). I’m looking for a long-term stay with people who value cleanliness, organisation, and mutual respect.

Move-in date: Late February or early March. I’m also open to teaming up with like-minded people to start a new lease.
