Caillan

Hi! My name is Caillan, and I work full time in the APS (and from home several days a week). I’ve lived by myself in Red Hill and Kingston for the past few years, but renting my own apartment while trying to save for a house deposit makes it a bit of a slow process

I’m currently leasing, but been given the go ahead by the owners to exit once I’ve found a property as they’re wanting to renovate.

I'm open to starting a sharehouse with others, or joining an established share house.

My preference location wise is around Kingston, Manuka, Red Hill, Narrabundah or Woden but honestly pretty open to anywhere that isn’t all the way north or south :)

I do have a cat “Manny”, a very loveable and well behaved 10 year old boy (I also use FitLitter - no smell!) and have lived the share house life for many years previously in Sydney and Brissy.

I'm a clean, sociable person who loves a chat over a drink/shared meal etc, and happy doing my own thing too. I like to read, go for walks, I play touch footy and enjoy paddle boarding and markets of a weekend.
