Hey, I’m Shaun, 22, originally from Tasmania and moved to Melbourne for work and music. I’m a chill, tidy person who’s easy to get along with. I work full time hours during the week and spend my spare time writing and recording music with my band.

I’m a musician, but I always keep the noise down and make sure to work around people’s schedules. respect and quiet time are important to me.

I’m looking for a relaxed share house where everyone respects each other’s space but can still have a chat, share a meal, or a beer now and then. I’m clean, reliable with rent, and not a party animal, just after a good vibe at home.

I have a partner studying at uni that I’d like to have stay with me a few nights a week and Ideally, I’d like a to find a place in the northern suburbs as my band is based in resovoir.
