Hey! My name is James. I'm an easy going guy looking for a new place to stay.

I consider myself to be a kind, warm and peaceful person. I'm pretty friendly and do like talking with others, but I do also highly value my own personal space and alone time. I would say overall I am more on the introverted side.

Looking for a household with a relaxed and ultimately safe environment as well as a (relatively) low-noise house as well.

For hobbies I love playing guitar, listenening to music, playing basketball, gaming, watching tv shows and going to the beach. I don't smoke and I seldom drink.

I am currently on a DSP. Looking for part-time work at the moment, and I'm starting TAFE next month.
