Hey! I'm James, an easygoing, friendly and considerate guy looking for a new place to call home.

I'm pretty sociable and always enjoy a good chat, but I also value my own downtime and personal space, and make sure to respect others' too. I'm respectful of others' privacy and appreciate open, honest communication. I like keeping things clean and tidy, and I'm always happy to pull my own weight around the house.

I enjoy a friendly house dynamic and living in a household where everyone does their part to keep the place nice. Ideally, I'm looking for a relaxed, friendly environment with housemates who have a similar approach to shared living.

In my spare time I enjoy Brazilian jiu-jitsu, heading to the beach and catching up with friends and family. I'm also into playing guitar (mindful of noise and reasonable hours!), and gaming. I love animals, so pets are more than welcome!

I'm currently studying music production part-time at TAFE in Leederville, so somewhere with convenient access to public transport, preferably a train line, would be ideal. Have a stable income and always pay rent on time.

I'm looking for a room with my own private bathroom (ensuite or separate), preferably with housemates in their 20s or 30s, although I'm flexible for the right fit.
