Hey! My name is James. I'm an easy going guy looking for a new place to stay.

I consider myself to be a kind, warm and peaceful person. I'm pretty friendly and do like talking with others, but I do also highly value my own personal space and alone time. I would say overall I am more on the introverted side.

Looking for a household with a relaxed and ultimately safe environment for me and my cat. As well as a (relatively) low-noise house as well.

For fun I like to playing guitar, listenening to music, playing basketball, gaming, watching tv showsw and going to the beach. I don't smoke and I seldom drink.

I am currently on a DSP.

With me I have an affectionate and well-behaved ginger cat named Theo. He's quiet and very friendly, if a bit skittish and nervous. He's never lived with any other animals, but I'm quite confident he would get along with any other well behaved animal as long as they can respect his personal space when needed. Important he can live in a house that's peaceful and safe.
