Hey! My name is James. I'm an easy going guy looking for a new place to stay.

I consider myself to be a kind, and responsible person. I'm pretty friendly and enjoy having a chat with others, but I do also highly value my own personal space and alone time, and am respectful towards others need for space as well. I would say overall I am more on the introverted side. I consider myself to be an open, effective communicator and am looking for housemates who are also able to be so too.

Looking for a household with a relaxed environment where we're all friendly but also understands personal space and alone time. Preferably housemates that are also in their 20s but I am flexible. Very fond of animals so if you have one that won't be a problem, just as long as you keep things clean!

In my spare time you'll mostly find me playing guitar (keep it to reasonable hours and noise), listening to music, playing videogames or at the beach. I don't smoke and I seldom drink.

I'm currently studying a Cert IV at TAFE 3 days per week, one of those days is online study. I'm looking for a place close to public transport/train lines.
