Hello there!

I’m a 57-year-old young-at-heart professional woman looking for a long-term house to share with 1 or 2 others ideally in the 40 -60 age ranges. I’m not seeking a "small 2nd bedroom" to rent, but a place to call home. I value an affordable living arrangement that fosters a sense of mutual respect.

I work in IT and spend a lot of time on my computer. In my free time, I enjoy playing pickleball and taking nature walks.
I bring a positive and friendly attitude, and I’m excited to share a home with like-minded individuals who appreciate a peaceful and harmonious living environment.

Things I Need: storage for some boxes

Things I will love: A small private living area or a granny flat (in which case I dont need storage)

Things I will not show up for: Mould, substantial noises, like walking on untreated wooden floors above - you know what I mean!
No cash transactions. Prefer a standard nsw rental agreement (which is also used for sub-renting)
