I’m Hosnee, a recent Uni of Wollongong graduate, working full time and moving to Hobart in couple of weeks for study and work. I’m looking for a single room in a shared house.
I’m clean, quiet, respectful, non-smoker, and sporty. I have 2+ years of good rental history in Australia and can provide references.
For visa documentation, I’ll need the lease or agreement (sub-lease) in my name. Happy with anything that makes it easier.
Sandy Bay, Rokby, Rosny, Glenorchy Moonah, Bellerive, and North, South East, and West Hobart are my favorite nearby suburbs.
