I’m Nick, working full-time in construction with early starts during the week, so I’m usually out most of the day and home in the evenings. I’m easygoing, respectful, and keep things tidy.
I live a fairly quiet lifestyle during the week, not a party person, and value a calm, drama-free household. I’m a non-smoker, reliable with rent and bills, and treat the place like it’s my own.
