About me
Im looking to rent a room and I would like to move house ASAP or as soon as move in date is available.
I am 23, a young professional, working full-time doing six days a week / over 44+ hours as a delivery driver for a company in Osborne Park.
I am clean, organised and a friendly person. Willing to pay at most, $250/w (including all bills) and I have enough money saved to pay the 4 + 2 weeks bond.
I also own a car and would need parking space.
I am drug, smoke and alcohol free. I'm not too fussed if other tenants smoke tobacco or cannabis, however I will NOT tolerate any meth use.
I am introverted and prefer to keep to myself. I'm not a party animal, but I also enjoy having some human interaction every now and then.
