Hi..

Looking for short term accommodation...approx. 3-6 months.

Clean and quiet. Non-smoker / drinker / drugger / partier. Prefer same in housemate/s.
Gender / orientation doesn't bother. Prefer people over 30. Need to be clean, tidy, domesticated, respectful of others, their personal space and belongings!!!

Prefer to have my own bathroom / ensuite. Share other common areas - all good.

I am vegetarian but sometimes eat fish / seafood (vego-pescetarian); So would prefer someone with a similar diet as makes life that much easier / comfortable when sharing fridge / kitchen / meal spaces but willing to compromise =)

Looking at St Albans / Sunshine areas and surrounds. Rely on public transport to communte and get around - currently have no car, but can drive. Have recent onset of (physical) disability but can take care of myself just fine. Was living in previous sharehouse with no help or assistance whatsoever; so I'm good! ;)
