26 entering into the APS, moving from Melbourne. Looking for a private room with my own private bathroom, somewhere close to the centre/east side of Canberra. Very clean and tidy, and like my house to be the same. Don't smoke or party too hard, not bringing any pets, and am accepting of all people and preferences.
