Dear Owner/Future Flatmate,

Hope this letter finds you well, my name is Shana, I’m Chinese have stayed in Australia for 5 years, I’m a full-time cafe manager, non-smoker and non-drinker, super neat and respectful single girl, I don’t have pet but I like pet, due to my work relocation I drove to WA from QLD by myself recently, I never have rent arrear and I always very treasure my rental house, could offer great reference from previous agent and landlord if needed.

In general, I’m looking for a neat and quiet place can move a.s.a.p., prefer granny flat or studio or private room with own bathroom, also happy with team up if we have similar interests and lifestyle.

I am half introverted and extroverted(ISFJ-T) , not a party person, I like painting, usually I go for jogging in the morning and during days off I like exploring nature, hope I could share my road trip stories with you, looking forward to hearing from you soon. Appreciate it. :)
