Hello! I am a responsible and hardworking individual who owns and operates a painting business. I am in urgent need of accommodation. I'm looking for short term accommodation until i can find rental of my own, would be open to long term if the property suits my needs and we are a good fit, as airbnb and hotel rooms are expensive.
I spent most of my 20's share housing and it was a bit like John Birmingham's book he died with a falafel in his hand. Hopefully not as crazy this time. I'm self sufficient and mind my own bizo.

I take pride in maintaining cleanliness, staying in good physical shape, and being respectful towards others. I do have tattoos. My workdays can be quite long, but during my free time, I enjoy playing poker, skateboarding, and occasionally gaming. I am not a heavy drinker and I steer clear of drugs. I do vape, but I make sure to do it outside. However, I prefer a smoke-free environment indoors.

Regarding other people's lifestyle choices, I don't mind if you smoke pot or dabble in drugs, as long as it doesn't involve extreme behavior. I have a good sense of humor and believe everyone should be true to themselves.

I have my two children, a 9-year-old boy and an 8-year-old girl, stay with me for one night every two weeks. However, it's not necessary for them to stay at the property since we usually go on trips or stay with family during those times.

Recently, I made the mistake of moving in with my girlfriend, which didn't work out. As a result, I am currently couch surfing and staying in Airbnb accommodations.

On a positive note, I can cook and I have an interest in alternative medicines, striving to live a natural lifestyle.
