Ashleigh and Grace

Hi! We’re Grace and Ashleigh, two friendly, easygoing housemates looking for a new place to call home.

We’re both studying and working, so our weeks are a mix of uni, work, and trying to stay on top of life. We’ve been renting for the past two years and have lived in Adelaide for most of our lives, so we’re settled, familiar with the area, and know how to be respectful, reliable tenants. At home we’re pretty relaxed and considerate. We like a clean, comfortable space but we’re not intense about it.

We’re social and get along easily with people, always happy for a chat in the kitchen or a shared meal or wine, but we also really value personal space and quiet time. We’re big on open communication and keeping the house feeling comfortable and drama-free.

We’re reliable with rent and bills, considerate of shared spaces, and genuinely just looking for a place that feels like home with like-minded people. If you’re after chilled, friendly housemates who are easy to live with, we’d love to chat!
