Ewan

I am Ewan. I'm quiet in a house (but still house-hold sociable), clean up after myself, and don't impose on other residents. I have an excellent record of paying rent and utilities, and can provide references. Not as young as I used to be, so don't expect a party-boy!

Theatre musician. Some music teaching. Won't be noisy with music without permission if anyone else is at home, or late at night. won't have students in the house unless all residents agree. Also work in mapping. So either night work, or day work, depending on the gig.
