I'm the CEO of a tech company but live on a farm in Mudgee. I need a home base in Sydney where I only spend between 1 and 3 nights a week typically.
I could easily rent a unit but just seems like a waste with the lack of available rentals these days for people who really need it to live ( like 3 of my children ).
What I really want is a nice place that I feel is my space with my stuff in the cupboard.
I'm pretty open minded to options, self contained, shared services, etc.
