Hey there,
My name is Dan and I am a 23 year old male looking for a place to live for 6 months or more.

I am currently recovering from a chronic health condition which was diagnosed about 2 years ago now. This news came with shock, grief and despair. Originally, I found myself in victimhood, but as this journey progressed I came to realise that this 'burden' which happened 'to me' was actually the greatest blessing that I had ever been granted.

So the 'diagnoses' turned into an awakening for me - physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. In saying that, presently I spend my days learning, integrating and observing effects of the ways in which I live my life and navigating the path of this healing journey.

I am a sensitive soul and I enjoy connection with people, nature and animals. I like to study things like human anatomy, movement biomechanics and all things 'mind-body connection' related. In the future I see myself taking a financial occupation in something around these topics. I have become a health nut along this journey, so I keep my eating, environment and any outside input as clean and natural as I can.

In terms of what I am looking for in a place, I think would align with what I have described above. A separate living area (granny flat etc.) is what I am looking for, but also open to all options.

- A mould free space (I know they are hard to find around here)
- A quiet, slow energy/feel to the area
- A self contained unit/studio/granny flat
- Own kitchen/kitchenette

These are just a few things that would really stand out for me. Furnished or unfurnished - I am open to either.

Financially, I am granted disability benefits from my health condition until I am fit to serve/occupy myself to garner an income. I am blessed to have 2 beautiful parents who support me financially wherever needed as well so there would be no problem on the financial side. They also live in the northern rivers and come visit regularly.

I will present my most recent rental landlords details as reference on request. I am looking to move from the place due to mould contamination.

My set budget stated is just a vague range, I am open to lower/higher prices of rent.
