Hey there,
My name is Dan and I am a 24 year old male looking for a place to live in northern rivers / south gold coast.

I currently work in after-school-care and plan on getting a similar gig wherever I end up living. I also play football 3-4 times a week. I like going on hikes, surfing and having a nice drink of tea in my spare time.

I try to live by 3-4 non-negotiables. Clean water, clean air, quality food and quality sleep. I'm looking to live with people that are similar to myself in this sense.

My set budget stated is just a vague range, I am open to lower/higher prices.

It would be great to spend some time or go for a meal with the prospective house mate/s, to see if it will be a good fit for us all.
