Quiet and generally keep to myself but also dont mind a chat. Like to keep a tidy house/bedroom, particularly focusing on common areas kitchen, loungeroom and bathrooms as well as the yard work, i very much enjoy gardening.
Lived in share housing for over 10yrs so understand how a share house dynamics work. Semi retired, work 1-2 days per week and travel interstate at least once or twice a year from anywhere between 1-4 weeks. I like to keep busy on the days I am home, enjoy going for bike rides, or to the beach as well as visiting friends and family.
