Seeking a large room with ensuite in a shared house or a self contained flat in the South Gold Coast areas (Robina, Nerang, Burleigh or similar) Unfurnished is fine as I have my own bedroom furnishings, or they can be stored if needs be.

I am working most of the time in Crane Operations / Truck driving. I am also starting my own contracting business which occupies much of my spare time with admin.

I am tidy, professional, sociable but not into parties everyday. I enjoy a cider or 2 on a hot day after work, but not 5 or more.
I get on well with most people, cook my own meals and generally retire by 8pm.

I travel overseas regularly for months at a time, so realistically will be away for about 4 months each year.

I need off-street parking eg. Garage or driveway or accessible lawn is fine as I have a tradie-type trailer I need to store and take out weekly.
