Seeking a room to move into asap! I’m a 38yo male, working full time in construction. Looking for a place for hopefully the next 6-12months as I'm planning on buying next year. I'd love to find something anywhere from Frankston to Parkdale, and surrounding areas (must be accessible by public transport). Flexible on budget and the kind of space being offered. I’m pretty easy going, clean and tidy & get along well with anyone. When I’m not at work I’m trying to get back into gym & boxing, having dinners out with friends & spending time with my family. I have a 3yo son, Remy, who normally stays with me every second weekend & comes for dinner a couple of times a week.

I do have a dog, Kobi, who is some kind of kelpie cross. He’s a gentle giant, loves people & other dogs. He's super friendly & affectionate & would love a friend to play with.
