A bit about me:
I am a 28year-old busy individual who work as a DevOps IT engineer at Cremona. 3 days WFH and 2 days from office. I have a good 8 years of rental history. I love the outdoors, Football ⚽️ , trail running, hiking, workouts, and Indoor activities such as Yoga, Gymming, etc.. I enjoy having my alone time, but do enjoy a social night once in a while.

The important details:
Budget: up to $300/week
I would love to rent with 1 or 2 housemates, not a large sharehouse. Looking to find a place where I can stay permanently for a good amount of time.
I will be working in CBD and preferably living anywhere within a 1-hour radius of work.
I do not have any pets (love them though), don't smoke, am Vegan, am respectful of privacy, and keep a clean home.
I don’t have any furniture at the moment (only my standing desk) since I am kinda new to the country. However, I am willing to invest.
