Hi, I’m Kate!

My housemate Sam and I are coming to the end of our lease in Maryville and are looking to team up with a third person to find a new place to call home.

About us:

Me (Kate, 28, female) – I work full time at the uni and enjoy staying active and getting outdoors - running, playing sports and occasionally attempting to surf 🏄‍♀️

Sam (27, male) – Works full-time as a teacher and enjoys golf and all things footy.

We’re both easy going and respectful housemates who value a relaxed, tidy home where everyone can unwind and recharge.

House details:
- Preferred locations: Maryville, Hamilton, Islington, Carrington, Waratah
- Budget: up to $850/week (combined)
- Move in: before the end of May
