Hey! I’m Katy, I’m 27 and from the UK 🇬🇧

I’m heading out to Perth at the end of November and will be working on the Perth Fringe for a couple of months, so I’m looking for a place to call home while I’m there ☺️

Ideally, I’m looking for a fully furnished private room around Northbridge, Leederville or Highgate - somewhere with good access to work.

My contract runs from 6 December 2026 – 5 March 2027, so ideally I’d love a place for the full duration, although I can be flexible with dates if needed.

My budget is around $300–$350 per week, ideally including bills.

A little about me - I’m friendly, clean and respectful, and pretty easy going when it comes to sharing a house. I’ll be working quite a bit while I’m in Perth (minimum 5 days a week), but I’d also love to meet people, explore the city and make the most of being in Australia! I’m a big gym goer, love a good walk and coffee. I'm also great with animals.
