I work part time as a Software Engineer and am entering my 5th year of studying Electrical Engineering and Computer Science full time at Griffith.

In my free time, I enjoy rock climbing, surfing, and being creative with painting and playing guitar. I have been playing for about 9 years. I have an amp which I can use with headphones to avoid disturbance, but I do enjoy to play without headphones or sing a song sometimes, preferably with nobody home as I'm pretty shy about it, though I'd love to live in a place where I can feel comfortable about sometimes playing when others are home.

I am very reasonable and value direct communication and am happy to come up with compromises etc. I also like to cook so I REALLY value a nice, clean kitchen.

I have lived in a bunch of different sharehouses over the past 5 or so years and have found I usually prefer living with people a bit older than me as we tend to share cleaning values a bit more, but I'm open to people around my age so long as we agree on cleanliness.

This coming trimester I will be at about four days a week, but my schedule varies.

My ideal flat would include a room which I can fit a desk for studying, and it would be awesome (but not necessary) to have some other creative flatmates. I really strongly value a clean home, so that is a must for me.

Clean for me means (within reason, I understand not everything can be perfect always of course, but I'd say with like 95% frequency):
- No dirty dishes left out/in sink (this is the thing I care the most about I would say)
- Cleaning stovetop after use, within reason
- Wiping benches after eating on them/using them etc
- Sweeping/vacuuming kitchen if food on floor after kitchen
- Keeping a clean kitchen sink (no smells, wiping if food/oil gets stuck to it, etc)
- Maintaining clean toilet (lets avoid skidmarks pleasseee)
- Cleaning bathroom ~once a week/every two weeks
- Vacuuming regularly (every 1-5ish days depending on the state of the floors)
- Mopping every 1-4 weeks depending on state
- Minimal mess/generally putting things away
- Generally cleaning up after messes are made
- General house clean as needed

These things are VERY!! important to me and I find it highly distressing to live in a place that isn't kept to approximately these standards, so please be up front about this with me and if we can come to agreement on this, I'm sure we will make a great match :)
