My name is Arsh, I moved to Sydney about two years ago. I recently just finished my postgrad, and have been working in the city. I'm originally from Bangladesh, but I have spent most of my life abroad, with a considerable amount of time spent in Malaysia, and the US.
Whilst on paper, I am a tech guy, I am more of an artsy individual, with an affinity to hang with creatives. I am an overtly clean individual, who prefers cooking his own food at home (don’t worry, I hate seeing mess, so I clean after myself pretty well). I don't cook as much as I used to, but I do meal prep early on and stack in the kitchen since I'm mostly on the run.
I am usually outside, working/grocerying, and at times I’m free, I usually go to coffee shops to work, or at the gym working out (5 days a week). When I’m at home, I prefer a serene environment, I don’t make much noise, and often times just take some time off watching brain rot stuff on my TV.
My preferences: The budget would be 450 dollars pw but flexible depending on the amenities and location. I’m looking for a home, preferably somewhere near a station for commuting convenience. I would like a roommate who is, responsible, clean, communicates and is also LGBTQIA+ friendly. I am pet-friendly, because I too had many pets prior to college. I expect to move into the house by 1st of November.
